Thank you for shopping with Erna Glam. We want you to be delighted with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our Returns & Refunds policy is here to help.

Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Final sale or items marked as such
  • Personalized or customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect item was shipped.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges for size, color, or style when available. If an exact item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative or store credit for your next purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at myfavoritestore@ernaglam.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Include your order number and item(s) to return.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA, and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as requested.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with evidence (photos). We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if applicable.
